They've got lots of slick brochures and mail-outs, but very little on the delivery side.  

Their team knows a lot more than HD and Lowes, they have more flexible delivery times, and often times, because they deal with pro's they can help things like: how many drywall screws, tape and mud (and maybe corner beads) do I need when ordering 75 sheets of 4x8 drywall.

Plenty of PMs more in the 15% range here with all the competition, but if you want to self-manage Orlando is as easy at it gets as there will be a zillion cleaners, handymen, etc to choose from, plenty of big box stores, instacart, same day amazon delivery, etc.
