I don't really have an answer other than the obvious answer of the local governments need to work together with developers and business leaders to build a vibrant multi-generational community.  

SEO done on a nationwide level.. ah excuse me, a globally is done completely wrong.Without exaggeration I have yet to see ONE SEO company do SEO correctly.Everyone, in this space is set out to "trick" Google into ranking them #1.How?

But there are many variables besides seasonality at play obviously (like interest rates, macro-economics, global politics, etc.), so I wouldn’t recommend basing an overall strategy around it, considering the market shifts throughout the year and being aware of them should just be part of a larger overall strategy and basic local market knowledge IMO.  

Whether it's the potential for property value appreciation, the variety of investment opportunities, or the vibrant urban environment, the Lehigh Valley offers several compelling reasons for investors to consider it as a destination for building and scaling their real estate portfolios.Hope this helps!

There are too many external forces right now to guess what will happen - what will fed do, what will congress do, what will happen globally.

Hard to say where this goes, but the immediate impact on the energy sector will have global ramifications.

You never know what life will throw at you- you could start investing, then a global pandemic could hit, then the government could tell you that your tenants don't have to pay anymore...I know it sounds farfetched, but strange things happen.I spent 5 years in college(I couldn't get enough of it,) then stayed afterwards to teach chemistry as a teaching assistant and later as an adjunct.

Again, that is a local isolated case and not a nationwide or global phenomenon.
