@Conrad Cortes been feeling it since the government paid be to stay home during COVID and they all got addicted to weed, video games, etc.We hope the slowing economy will lead to more going back to work and labor prices dropping.

I've been reading about how the government subsidizes rent for people trying to get back on their feet (drug addicts, homeless etc) and thought it could be lucrative.If anyone has any experience or info about this please let me know.

As Kensington get gentrified a lot of the heroin addicts are starting to move further north.
