There are many sideline buyers who come in when rates dip even a bit. 

It helps us conclude that prices of 1-Fam properties have reached a level which keeps many of the traditional buyers of properties in the area on the sidelines. 

I'm just looking to get started at this point and flipping land is better than sitting on the sidelines at this point for me.

So yes, I mean unemployment and those sideline reserves get eaten into.

Most people understand real estate but still sit on the sidelines.

Those who have transcended past unnecessary labor and pay others to do the brainless work, while they manage from the sidelines and live their life.In my mind, professional real estate investing is a progression from ONE to TWO.
