I know a lot of top wholesalers, some you probably bought a program or membership from, and they would never make the goofy arguments your making. for my little sandbox.. a lot of the inventory I fund there are wholesalers on the deals but main reason is successful realtors dont want to fool with those types of homes and sellers. so its an undeserved segment of the market that wholesalers wiggle into.PS though the very best deals for us came from REO brokers ( which that was a place and a time.. circa 2010 to 2013..

Any one charging any amount of money for information is also suspect for ulterior  motives.I mean you have to pay a few hundred to a thousand bucks to go listen to the big boys ..Trump   Ziegler and others... and those are mainly motivational and then sell their books etc.The RE industry has just really latched onto this segment of education with of course some of the fix and flip guru's making obscene money.
