LOL, just be aware not everyone will like a scented room, especially if its too feminint.I am thinking closets because many people are not adversed to scented closets because most cedar lined closets are scented and many put moth balls too.Could advertise "scent enhanced closets" and a good conversation starter.

Regardless though, having some 'feet on the ground' or local presence of some sort is often crucial -- especially when it comes to physically inspecting the property to get a firm grip of the exact repair cost and if a rehab deal, managing the rehab process and those involved.
