so HUGE pent up demand that is why every single home I build in Oregon save a few are sold before they are completed lack of inventory. and you see this all over the US .. were it says sales of new homes are down etc. that because of lack of inventory not because of lack of buyers or weak economy.So what happened is that all these sub trades dried up and went away.. and in the south was very heavy to Hispanic labor they went back to Mexico or did other things.. but they left. 

Hard to believe but they will find cracks and weak concrete areas to get in.  

It all worked out well but looking back at the lease, it was weak.  

Thank you for that advice.I’m glad you said that because networking is an area that I consider to be a weakness of mine. 

Weakness is obviously inexperience, so still learning before i start tapping into said network.

As a New Wholesaler, I am trying to figure out the best ways to conduct my time and focus on my strengths and rather outsource my weaknesses.

However it can be a red flag and it is a weak deed and generally be avoided.

I would not invest in a weak deal with high risk with my home equity.
