The only POSSIBLE way I could see this being an issue is if you denied housing to a veteran because they did not have an honorable discharge, and the less than honorable discharge was due to being homosexual or bisexual from back when that was banned.

Curious to find out what type of rental assistance programs everyone has been pursuing for their properties in Indianapolis (especially now the eviction ban was extended).

Also, I would have to imagine that there is a caselaw out there in certain states that categorically ban arbitration clauses in residential leases.
