Interestingly enough, I'm probably more annoyed by the people who come into the forums claiming to be experts, lobbing around opinions as facts, and doing it all while not being able to use proper English than I am about the people who are sitting in their living rooms lighting up occasionally.

I think I was looking at buying a portion of a rubber tree  and mahogany farm (it was 10 years ago), but remember, it ain't the US, there aren't roads to get there.Panama and Puerto Rico are pretty American/English friendly from my understanding if you wanted to relocate.
