As we started renovating units we moved onto garages which hadnt been opened or checked in years; we found 7 abandoned cars, 2 were clear of all liens and valued around $7,000.00 and one was a show Monte Carlo covered in chrome and conveniently had all the trophies and mirrors and velvet robes in there as well which sold for $24,500.00 in 48 hours.
