As we started renovating units we moved onto garages which hadnt been opened or checked in years; we found 7 abandoned cars, 2 were clear of all liens and valued around $7,000.00 and one was a show Monte Carlo covered in chrome and conveniently had all the trophies and mirrors and velvet robes in there as well which sold for $24,500.00 in 48 hours.

Now we did pay our cleaners a $100 bonus this past Christmas and will probably pay a bigger one this coming Christmas, but that's because we choose to do so and not because they threw that expectation out at me.  

Christmas presents included fun things like 12-packs of socks and a stocking full of nuts and oranges.

Have fun seeing grandma at Christmas every year when you totally screwed up the sale of her house.I'm not trying to discourage new agents from getting into the business, but if you're going to get in, be all-in.

Every Christmas season, I personally drop off a little gift.  

@Johnny SituIf you have a full-time, non-equity W-2 job, you'd have to work over 4,000 hours a year to even start considering RE pro status.While not impossible, it is highly improbable, as it translates to an average of 77 hours a week, every week of the year (Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, Forth of July week, you name it).

I also make and sell 3d printed items, I do a lot better with this closer to Christmas.
