Just this month (June 2021), the Seattle city council approved three new tenant protection bills.

., Seattle , Portland, Chicago, New York, Baltimore, Newark, St Louis, heck, a whole lot of places but not because of bedbugs, but because of city councils.

Plus, Portland has gone to H-ll and it needs to collapse and rebuild or at least change the city mayor and city council before investing will do you any good there.

Also talking to the city council, there might be some assistance if it's in an area where revitalization is desired with the city. 

@Laura Guy From what I understand the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association (OREIA), Central Ohio real estate investors association (COREE) and greater Cincinnati real estate investors association all also advocate using these terms, especially when discussing with city council the new legislation proposals affecting rental property in city of Cincinnati.

Most of those that I have been too  Alaska Montana British Columbia will have a sat phone for emergencies but in those settings no TV is just fine..
