@Laura Guy From what I understand the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association (OREIA), Central Ohio real estate investors association (COREE) and greater Cincinnati real estate investors association all also advocate using these terms, especially when discussing with city council the new legislation proposals affecting rental property in city of Cincinnati.
