I'm not a pro, but I'm learning to be one, reading many books, following videos on youtube, and also joining some conversation on the bigger pocket forum. i think that a resume of the experience of some of you could be helpful not only for me if not for a lot of new entrepreneurs on real state.

I'm just going off of what they say in the webinars and YouTube videos. 

My soft numbers came from watching BiggerPockets YouTube channel and my repairs are low because I’m intending on doing a brrrr.

If you search the Handyman YouTube channel, it is the one he always uses and recommended in a video at one point.

I have seen a lot of videos on YouTube.

We created a Youtube Channel and started putting virtual tours on there for the vacant houses as well, so that's been good.

This guy has so much content on YouTube, IG and Facebook that will blow your mind (who else does 16-hour live cold calling).

The webinars on this website and youtube from BP turned to be very useful starting points for more in-depth research but you probably already did that.
