Hi, can anyone recommend any good, reliable and responsive contractors in Grand Rapids?

There's no cleaner app that replaces the relationship you develop with a trusted reliable cleaner/cleaning company and their local handyman contacts.

Right now finding good contractor that is reliable will be your first step.  

@Matthew Sipes you might want to listen to last BP podcast # 468, Q & A, guy called from CA & David's advice was to buy house hack in best area you can reasonably afford, given this will be payed off by you/ your tenants & reliably appreciate over long term. 

For example, a surgeon that can make $1,000 an hour shouldn’t turn down a surgery in order to clean her house when she can pay someone $15 an hour to clean it for her.

I am looking for a reliable closing attorney near the Onslow County area in North Carolina, I would prefer they are familiar with the wholesaling business model, but any recommendations would help.
