Quote from @Drew Sygit: While everyone wants to start with a real estate agent, we recommend a Property Management Company (PMC).No one shares more interests with an owner than a PMC.Everyone else is transaction based - once the deal is done, they are done.Second, would be to find an agent - which the PMC may have or can recommend.Third, would be a GREAT inspector, that you find on your own, so they aren't biased by the PMC or agent and really look out for your best interests.Best recommendation!!
