@Ryan Goldfarb you bring up decent points but the price of Hoboken/downtown JC is still VERY cheap relative to Brooklyn and as people continue to get priced out they will inevitably look in Hudson Count just based on proximity to Manhattan alone.

Horseshoes and Hand Grenades; close enough for me.I could imagine in some regions Zestimates could be way off - my guess is urban areas where market value may be weighted heavily on the finishes of a property not just its location. maybe Manhattan or San Francisco.Where I am it doesn't matter if a house is coated in gold; it all depends on the neighborhood.
