Hey BP. My name is Brian and I am a newbie from NY! I work as a data analyst for a property management firm in Manhattan. I am here to start building wealth through real estate investing.

I read as much as I can on RE investing, and I love listening to the BP podcasts and webinars. My immediate plan is to start analyzing deals, learn about my market, and jump into a small owner occupied (1-4 unit) property. Long term, my goal is to have my investment income surpass my W2 income and focus on RE full time.
