What creative features or designs have you seen that made a property pop in this competitive market?

I did one deal with a realtor and one without that was directly with Oxford. 

When we felt uncomfortable with this, and asked them to process a section 8 prospective tenant, they say they wont work with section 8 applicants because housing authority will pay the rent directly to the owner.

Are you trying to build up credit for the LLC so it can borrow directly without your DTI and use only the LLCs?

Even though we did not get a direct hit we encountered a storm surge that reached 5 to 8 feet in some area.
