I have read the BiggerPockets ebooks, 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth, Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing, and numerous blog postings and articles on BiggerPockets.  

So far I have read the free beginner's guide E-book, as well as Brandon Turner's Book on Rental Properties. 

I personally like to invest in hard property and notes in tandem to really maximize the benefits of both.I'll PM you a copy of my new Introduction to Note Investing E-book that explains it all more in detail.Best,Dave
