Don't be fooled when companies comment on forums where you are asking about their competitors especially the comments about Memphis being over-heated, over-bought or being a market that has been picked over.  

I have literally never encountered a competitor in the areas that I work (and I doubt most other investors can say that).Good luck with your journey!

LOLReally, you may not have this competitor for long if they're making bad purchasing decisions.

If any business sells some or all of its products or services without paying taxes, it would have an unfair advantage over its competitors.

I sure hope part of the increased monthly dues will go towards hiring more developers to implement these requested features (features that many of your competitors already have). 2) A few months ago, the way rental listings are displayed on the public website seemed to change arbitrarily and without notice.

Also, this can be the danger with areas that are heavily concentrated STR pockets and have a lot of newbies that enter the market only to get fizzled/beat out by experienced competitors.
