Hi @Antwon Davis, this completely depends on the lease you will be having with the landlord.

From what i saw there, the kids are well behaved because the cops have it under lock.

You already know you can expect out of the market in the areas you mentioned, and its also important to know actually whats going on, and how the market is behaving with current inventory, local policy, etc. 

But I didn't find any deals out of it, but I also didn't spend a ton of time on it.The easiest thing to do, would be have them send leads, do a webinar to train them.

This feature has undergone a lot of changes since its first inception and is slated for more changes in the next year so  it  behaves more like you are expecting it to behave.

This isn't a guarantee but it's definitely where you'll be having more success.
