Low-quality, boring or irrelevant visuals can cause people to scroll past your posts. You are using this as an example of an 'eye catching visual' that will make prospects call someone....I must say, it's not motivating me to do anything other than scroll past it.I'm not disagreeing that you need visuals, but gratuitous generic images seem like a low budget, low effort fill in the blanks attempt.Just my 2 cents.

Depending on your employer, you may be able to take out a generic loan without having to specify a property (usually on a shorter time frame). The payout for the loan should be much quicker than the loan closing IF you do get the property, so if that is the only way you're getting the loan, I'd wait until you have the property under contract.

@Susie Wyshak, @My Nguyen, House hacking is a generic term that can mean a lot of things around what Susie was saying. But there is a world or tax difference and application of sec 1031 depending on whether you are simply renting out part of the normal living area.

Everyone has heard the generic Henry Ford quote “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right,” but take a second and think about how that applies across everything - income, if you can do your first deal, how many deals you can do in a year, how many doors you can acquire, etc.
