I would not anticipate much turnover so could be good cash flow over the long run, the question is the long-term appreciation… depends on your strategy and weather you’d be managing themselves or relying on unknown local property manager, contractors, etc.

We still have to network and create a reliable team, so this would serve us as time to meet contractors/agents/other investors/etc...We are planning to start investing ~$200k depending on the deal.I'm writing this post to get some advice from somebody who might be more experienced in New York, and possibly to start creating some connections.

My liability insurance (contractor) has gone up substantially as well as commercial vehicle insurance.

When you go to the meet up just make sure your asking the right questions, such as what you are looking for exactly (money partner, deals, contractors).
