That being the case I would like to find another townhome in Scottsdale, or Tempe area (by ASU) that can duplicate this process with.I have $30k saved up but am finding in my calculations that the margins are very thin if non existent...

I would put an air handler in each bedroom so that the temp could be controlled well while sleeping and 1 in an open area like a living room to cover the rest of the house.

The only downside is that it get's vapor lock (known fault with the model year) when the outside temp goes above 90.
