If you keep it up you'll have your ultimate goal and could even just volunteer your time as a pastor.  

I see your point i just hard  find it hard finding this info out..its like a poker tell..they arent voluntarily volunteering this info out some of them..like im struggling i need to sell..lost my job going through divorce..etc etc...if they blurt that out..they lose their position..I guess some people just tell you straight up..my wife died, im broke need to sell asap..some are more honest than others i guess and just will be straight up with you.

Fortunately, there are brave doctors & nurses in that country who volunteered themselves from other parts of the country to the city of Deagu (over 60% of country's 8,000 confirmed cases there), working day and night and I admire/respect those medical professionals.  

We are looking for contractors that would either do some volunteer work to help us build (I know... a big ask!)

I have been using for close to 2 years with 5 units of my own and a housing board I volunteer on (15) units.

As @Jon A. mentioned they’re all volunteers and continue to get voted in uncontested.

Whether that time is for volunteering or for family and friends, I want to be able to have that option.I also agree with previous points on doing this all ethically and with transparency.  

When we are home we volunteer at our church (actually my wife is still employed part time doing what she loves) and spend time with family.

As a mom who just sent my kid off to college, I'd be incredibly angry if my son did this after I've sacrificed and saved money for college for 18 years, volunteered countless hours for his schools starting in pre-school , worked late at night helping him study...
