That being said, as I mentioned before there is a nice "hipster"  Brewery called Brew Gentlemen and a few new restaurants called Superior Motors and Peppers N'at.

It takes a pretty superior ROI in real estate to make up for that difference.  

I am from Montgomery, AL and have superior knowledge of the area which I find as an advantage because I lived on all sides of the town.

I could make far superior returns with half the money in real estate. 

However, you'll still always have large big-name employers that won't let people move up without an MBA behind their name.All being said, emotional quotient is FAR superior to intellectual quotient.

I appreciate being treated like a human being in a group discussion and not as a research subject by someone who feels secure enough in her wholly unfounded moral and intellectual superiority to offer me the smug imperative to "Make it a great day."

@Jack Orthman I won’t argue against your results, but I would take the bet that financing terms for all of Blackrocks recent SFH transactions (purchased at scale neighborhood by neighborhood) are vastly superior to any financing you or I have ever gotten, and since their cost of capital is so comically close to zero, that they’re making money on these acquisitions hand over fist.

For many, Non-QM is a far superior product, for many, it is not.  

I've read the wholesaling threads with people trying to justify their superior talents over real estate agents in accomplishing a deal.......horsefeathers, you don't have a clue what agents do, as they do everything a wholesaler does. 

The central banks will always want you to believe that inflation and that their fiat money is superior to gold.
