@John Curseaden , funny you let that secret out, as I have done deals long ago where it appeared I could really hammer someone simply as eye wash with no intention of going there, it's certainly a motivator.

Me , I would have the tank  removed ASAP I would use this to hammer on price. oil tanks can be mitigated  and if its a foreclosure and OREO property many times they will get aggressive to move this type of inventory.
