Yes, some tenants might no longer be able to pay and I have to evict them, losing rent and having to shoulder the associated costs.

Plumbing and branch circuitry are there for you to fully understand before you try to work on them, preferably with an experienced guy over your shoulder and an inspector coming to check on your work.

The only odd thing was that the driveway width spanned part of both house’s fences.We had the same tug of war going on between our tenant and the homeowner neighbor.  

They should know the width and depth of the concrete to pour and the amount of material to buy for the skirting.I suspect this will probably run you at least a few grand.

You'll be much more thorough if the tenant is not there looking over your shoulder & distracting you.

I only did about 30 of them and I don't think I would have made it to 100 if someone was standing over my shoulder threatening me!
