I found the B10 (Official Form 10) (04/13) UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT Proof of Claim form on the web, and it seems doable.Has anyone done a tenant bankruptcy before?  

I have build homes and office buildings, garages etc from drafting drawings to working with city and government officials, engineers, architects and finally moving people in.I am a disabled Veteran, But I am not asking for a hand out, Just a leg up to get going.

So now we're trying to get this house that he *just bought with cash* out of his name and into mine before any official suits or subpoenas are filed, so that no matter how rabid his ex-wife's ambulance chaser may be, they will not be able to get to it.Thank you to the folks who chimed in with possible avenues where we might proceed. 

So it sounds like liens need to be on the property to be factored into the official equity equation.

Plus, you will  speaking to brokers, developers, owners, tenants, zoning officials, etc on a weekly basis.

How would anyone official know that I had immediately rented out the house?  

I will be moving out officially around the end of August and then renting it out.When should I start advertising it for rental prospects if occupancy isn't until beginning of September?

With single family housing , we had far more problems with dealing with Section 8 officials than we ever had with dealing with the tenants that we on the program.
