i was thikning about offering them 500 bucks to keep quiet and clean for a month or 2 until the place sells, and pay them when the house sells...would yall consider that rude or offensive??

No offense, but the reason that agents will typically not give out lockbox codes is because there are others who will not respect the privacy of that code and pass it along to unknown or unauthorized persons, or return to the property unannounced and enter the home.
