Need one for outdoors.

In Colorado Springs the summer time is when booking increase with all the outdoor activities available.

They substantially damaged many items (destroyed outdoor sectional, left $700 vacuum OUTSIDE in the rain, destroyed marble countertops, scratched wood floors, and various other items including leaving various personal items randomly throughout the home (including sex toys) that I had to dispose of.Fully documented items using an Excel spreadsheet.  

An HVAC contractor wouldn't need to try to fix outdoor components during the winter months. 

It will branch off to the "cold" side of all the sinks and tubs, all the toilets, and all the outdoor hose bibbs. 

This center will be a major lifestyle shopping center (along the lines of The Grove and other outdoor malls throughout LA), and is being built on land that used to house shops that were burned out in the LA Riots in the 90’s.
