This project is essentially a complete gut that will include addition of roughly 700 SQF, new roof, siding, landscaping, privacy fence, hardwood flooring installation, interior re-design into an open concept floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, etc.

Houses are solidly built, have great bones, if you can work around or update the design obsolesence.The comment the person above made about bringing building up to code is not quite correct.

The design and permitting is complete, and we're awaiting the 4th and prob final contractor to submit their bid for the actual infrastructure construction (roads, storm drains, sewer, utility, etc).
