5 duplexes for $100K, 2 of them fully occupied and 3 needed repairs and If I put about $20K into the repairs, it would be the deal of the century!

I personally started with Century 21 which had a wealth of training and mentoring opportunities.  

The trend toward urbanization(I'm defining that trend as the rate of population increase of the cities being greater than the rate of population increase of rural areas) has persisted for at least a century, and likely many centuries.

If you have a real estate brokerage but you aren't using a big name to back you up (ie: Remax, Century 21, etc)...when you are flipping houses, do you feel that your unknown brokerage name impacts things like appraisals, inspections, permits, etc?

I was thinking about Century 21 as that was the brokerage I signed up with but never actually started.. just not sure if they are investor friendly
