I wanted to breathe some new life into this thread, mainly because I need to differentiate it from a request for ideas on creative financing.

Then suddenly this swarm of pigeons come flying down the stair way filling every inch of air space to the point I can't really breath and for sure I can't see to make my way back down the stairs. 

Unless they buy 100 to 200 or more of them and set up a company to run them.Locals who live it breath it manage it as their JOB  can make these work but its a job and a constant merry go round ...

I would not hold your breath on them sending your lease back, they are watching you to see if your going to be lazy on late rents, or hit them hard and fast.. do the latter.

I mean, I'm not panting and breathing heavily or breaking out in cold sweat or experiencing shortness of breath at all.
