If you try to do this in a residential location, I guarantee your neighbors will get up in arms and do everything they can to block you.Trying to form an agency, then sell it your existing property smacks of a conflict of interest.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on this Marian, if you look at the pictures you will notice on the opposite of the room with the couch that there is a fireplace so really the only place to set that couch would be in front of the window which is perfectly fine- sit in the couch opposite the fireplace-Also the front door is on the other wall with the smaller window so you couldnt put it there either as it would block the path.

Unfortunately I have little to no experience in this field and I would really like to become a little more knowledgeable and gain some experience before I start a rehab project.From all the stories I've heard of contractors overcharging for exorbitant amounts of money/stalling projects and draining money I feel as if the one thing I'm really lacking is knowledge in construction.
