Many may have done 100 deals this past year, but someone who does things wrong and never knows it, never gets hung, may advise you based on their success (and luck).I'd suggest also you calibrate your guru meter based on ethics in business, knowing what is legal and customary as well as fair dealings expected will be a good gauge in selecting an advisor in any business.I'm not totally anti-guru, most I see passing themselves off as experts (self appointed experts at that) have no business attempting to go where they go sometimes.

It seems like in her interview with Sharon, she was also mentioning something about having sellers screen themselves for her and even send her pictures of properties.I know that there seems to be an anti-guru, anti-course sentiment here. $1,200 is a lot of money but I could easily lose that much by not doing a direct mail campaign properly or by not getting a great deal when I buy.Any thoughts?

Bp  By and large is anti paid guru for basically anything. the thought process is anything you want to learn you can learn here for free.Account ClosedThis on line learning is new and some will excel at it .. some have no money to pay for education so they don't have any choice and BP is excellent for that others that have money don't need to spend 6 months trying to read and listen they can simply pay for it and do it.I was recently at a Paid Guru event one of the one's that is despised by 90% of BP posters.
