Hi all, was wondering if anyone has or intends to file a claim in the residential real estate broker commission anti-trust settlements.

You cannot deny the family because of the lead paint either, that's considered discrimination (you're refusing them because they have a kid) and is against the anti-discrimination laws of the state.

I used to be anti mutual funds and anti 401k as they come.

La Quinta is notoriously anti-STR and there is a very small area of La Quinta where STRs are allowed.

Further realize there is a significant anti STR sentiment in San Diego county which means that STRs can be further regulated anywhere and therefore having a back up plan is prudent.

@Maxwell Lee the first thing you have to know is that "standard" isn't legal according to anti trust laws, so the reality is you can negotiate this.
