With that being said, I was curious to see how wholesalers in this state navigate the business with the privacy law in place that prohibits the use of public data for marketing.

First of all, there is no privacy unless you spend a lot of time, money, and headaches on business entities, trusts, and nesting. 

I respect the tenants their privacy and I have never "show up". 

Hey guys,Does anyone have or recommended using Real Estate Privacy Trusts or LLC1,2,3?

I called my lender and they said I can't transfer the deed to my LLC but some one else told me I could transfer the deed to my llc with a real estate privacy trust.

Again, the main goal is privacy.  

I liked the privacy and didn't hear the people upstairs really at all.

This amounts to lost opportunity because if you had purchased RE, at the closing it can start producing return. 5) ADUs detract from the existing structure whether this is privacy, a garage, or just yard space. 6) this is related to number 1, but there are many more buyers looking to purchase homes for their family than there are RE investors looking to purchase small unit count properties.

Does your corporate setup protect your privacy, minimize tax liability, legal liability?
