However, my first instinct would be to have a local attorney draft up a lease to use for the other bedroom rentals to guarantee (hopefully) that it will be exactly what is needed for the area and situation.Otherwise, you could check out various online management platforms that offer state-reviewed and approved generic leases, but even then those should be reviewed by a local attorney to verify.Hope this helps.

I am going to bypass your question on screening and give you some things to think about on a lease for house hacking - from someone who has learned the hard way :)Please understand that this is not legal advice, but something I wish I had done when using a generic lease agreement provided by an agent initially. 

She fills out standardized offer forms that I pre-filled, uses a generic proof of funds letter when needed and I don't care how my signature gets on the page.

You will have a conflict as you try to update it for a generic tenant while at the same time she will want input as she will likely still see it as her house and she is living there.

Or was it mostly generic stuff like upgrade the standard things and increase rent with inflation?
