If you keep it up you'll have your ultimate goal and could even just volunteer your time as a pastor.  

Fortunately, there are brave doctors & nurses in that country who volunteered themselves from other parts of the country to the city of Deagu (over 60% of country's 8,000 confirmed cases there), working day and night and I admire/respect those medical professionals.  

Having bad employees or being inconsistent is not a good way to accomplish that goal.Now, if enjoy being a non-for-profit company, by all means do the good work... just be aware you will under-funded, working for donations, and relying on volunteers...

I am a MNREIA member and volunteer actually and I have done direct marketing to distressed sellers in foreclosure lists but no success yet.

I used to volunteer for Habitat and that is a great program.

I've been practicing generosity with my friends, volunteering to help them with whatever projects they've got going on (which is a little self-serving, because I also want to learn to be handy with properties).

I've lived in both types of housing and I've also volunteered at them too, I've been Sober for 8 years and I know the ins & outs of these types of homes how they need to be set up, maintained l, the type of staffing or Monitoring they require, the amount of rent to charge (3¼ Houses only.) a 3¼ house will house around 2 or more ppl per room a large hoom could hold as many as 20,and each individuals rent is typically around $350-$500 a month.

I have volunteered to go to some of these properties to give an update on the condition of the property.

Also we need seed capital for flyers, reservations, work crew (if we couldn't have enough volunteers).
