Am I being unreasonable not wanting to wait 2 more months.

Let's say that buys me a fourplex making $500/month in cash flow (not unreasonable I think).

I am considering posting a 24 and 48 hour notice for entry and threatening or executing my rights under RCW 59.18.150 (6) Washington State Residential Landlord-Tenant Act, provides as follows:“The tenant shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the landlord (or manager) to enter the dwelling unit at a specified time where the landlord has given ... notice...”for un-cooperating tenants.  

Hello everyone,I have a real pain in the *** commercial tenant that I plan on not renewing after the current lease expires but for an unreasonable issue  they decide to not pay their rent for one previous month. 

It could be they are just unreasonable and will not go for any reason which the legal process just has to work itself out OR it could be a reason for which there is a solution to solve the problem.The question then becomes do you the owner of the property want to pursue that possible solution or or do you want to use the legal system?  

Setting an unreasonable goal isn't a bad thing if it inspires you to take the massive action that it would require to achieve it. 

Only other option is to do it a year from now when the tenant's lease expires.I even offered the tenant to break the lease but they think I am being unreasonable. 

It is an out of state fix and flip that was presented to me (so maybe 5% interest loan is unreasonable) so I am trying to find all of the right questions to ask to make an informed decision. 

I look through it and found that some of the points were taken off unreasonably as though he failed me on purpose.

Firing a client happens rarely, usually due to excessive, unreasonable demands or micromanaging or sometimes poor/disrespectful behavior towards the PM.
