Very difficult at best as if the Appraiser has any required repairs you will not be able to do them(It is actually a federal crime to alter a HUD property)Or are you just referring to the Appraiser on a USDA property ?

Hi I am selling a 2nd lien PN,My buyer has said this:   "No more than 65% LTV with a 2 -1 ratio on the two liens"Can someone plz translate that into layman's language?

@Marc Beaulieu There isn't a specific set of rules to determine what will cause a judge to disregard an LLC and treat it as an "alter-ego" of the owners.

I'm not sure telling someone how many units you have translates to how much your portfolio is worth and certainly not your net worth.

There's no guarantee that a reduction in commission would occur or that it would translate into  Buyer savings, even if that agent is working on both sides of the transaction.
