If you do anything with the drive, scrub it and treat or stain it (if concrete) or roll a sealant coat on it (if asphalt).

It's a bit overwhelming though; my list of tasks includes:Setting up billing for water, trash, electric, gas;Cleaning up the gutters and the yard;A fresh coat of paint and re-staining the hard wood floors;Sanding and painting the deck and railings;buying a new washer/dryer andFiguring out how to approach the tenant about a rent increase.Anyways, I know it will be a positive learning experience and hopefully be the beginning of a successful real estate investment career!

We also used bleach spray as well as Natures Miracle odor and stain remover for cats.

When the tenant vacated, the pavers looked like they are now 20 years old, there are stains and it was power washed, but those stains/discoloration are still there.
