I don't have a direct answer for you, but I can stir the pot with what I've seen so far (I haven't actually executed anything yet).I had an initial consultation with an out of state lawyer who recommended that I form an LLC in Wyoming and have it be the controlling member of my Michigan LLC.

And he said, "because I home brew beer"  I'm not familiar with this at all, my fear is that he's lying, and he's either growing pot or cooking meth....but if he's telling the truth.....I heard it can be smelly and messy....so...has anyone had experience with this?
