I don't have a direct answer for you, but I can stir the pot with what I've seen so far (I haven't actually executed anything yet).I had an initial consultation with an out of state lawyer who recommended that I form an LLC in Wyoming and have it be the controlling member of my Michigan LLC.

If not, what would you recommend as an ideal bench mark.As far for your fancy footsteps, I would not mind to pay to see that and along with your long overdue upcoming courses =)

How do I continually add more money to the pot in order to grow my portfolio?

Now I don't want to be the pot calling the kettle back as we do a lot of as is distressed assets but we CLOSE on everything before we resell and I don't mean double close we actual close close  LOL.. 

Although, I am new to real estate investing, I've been riding the bench for almost ten years so I've done a ton of homework but haven't done an actual deal yet.

Your cookware has to be of decent quality and you have to know better than to not leave sugary stuff spilled and burning on the stove, and to not slide pots and pans across the stove.

And he said, "because I home brew beer"  I'm not familiar with this at all, my fear is that he's lying, and he's either growing pot or cooking meth....but if he's telling the truth.....I heard it can be smelly and messy....so...has anyone had experience with this? 

Dropped pots, pans and canned foods are hell on kitchen tiles no matter what kind you use and regardless of the substrate.

We had messages come in at 7:30 am from guests like looking for a coffee pot.
