I live in Ohio and i'm planing to invest in  Ohio and out of state. 

And anywhere there is a change of plane, caulk no grout to accommodate for expansion.

Of course I'd use a property manager but I like the idea of being able to get to the property without jumping on another plane.

He says that flying a plane is risky if you don’t know what you are doing.

But it all started with one agent and one awesome dude I met here via BP, a plane ticket and a few days in Ohio see the area and understand what I was getting into.  

As long as the foundation walls are in plane with the house walls atop of them - not twisted, heaved, tilted or bowed - and are not crumbling apart, things should not be too scary.

Boeing is moving a good amount of work to the area and will be building planes there for a long time. 

Is there a way around that assuming by the time I do the refi I have a renter in plane with a long term lease?
