I am really inspired by people who a take something that 95% of other investors would pass on and make it work exclusively for them through sheer will and creativity even with bad market conditions.

However, the people who use rules of thumb don't have sophisticated software that can analyze deeply thousands of potential deals every day!

I used Stacey Lancaster (she's pretty active on Bigger Pockets) and she was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

You will be competing with people who have 'boots on the ground' and can visit any property owner with short notice.While wholesaling from afar is possible, it is recommended to begin closer to home.

I am excited to join BiggerPockets and start my real-estate investing journey with a lot of like-minded people over here.

After searching more, I found a few BP post where people seemed to have one account for all deposits, and keep only deposits in there.

Her caretaker has decided to take over the property and is now an active squatter on the residence and has become quite the problem child in the neighborhood.

I don't know how many of my Wisconsin people this will reach but I'm thinking of investing in the Sheboygan area this spring.
