How are you going to handle the logistics of that ?

Logistically, it's just more of a pain, more questions for a PM, etc. 

Before trying to figure out all the logistics, I'd say to clarify for your goals first.

I have looked into Freeland Ventures but due to underwriting process and logistics just isn't the right fit at the moment, and now currently looking into SoFi due to the fact that their cap on the personal loan is higher, no origination fee, and the rates are decent for the hard money industry.

I never worked in tech but my main career was in finance and logistics at large corporations so I have good understanding of the corp world.
