The problems are with the inexperienced under capitalized people studying wholesaling strategies as put forth by a variety of guru/mentors and the temptation these people feel when they smell a profit.   

Tenants HATE cameras when it is a SFH or duplex but on larger properties they welcome the cameras because it makes them feel safe.

Not saying this is the case here, but whenever someone is promoting their opinion and shutting down naysayers, it feels like clients could be railroaded.

It's a method of getting them to participate so they feel comfortable asking questions and learning.
