You can click on areas 15, 16 or 55 (or any other) to get a list of neighbourhoods in each one, then click on each neighbourhood to get a list of properties for sale, plus a short description of the neighbourhood at the bottom of the page.The nice thing about Southgate is that it's located right along a major east-west thoroughfare (Whitemud Drive) that makes commuting from elsewhere on the southside (i.e., southeast or southwest) relatively hassle-free.

I thought we already cleared that up (see post #2).I was merely using your description of a mentor when inquiring of your retirement which basically meant that I wasn't counting on you being my "mentor" any time soon. ;)Believe me, I have paid many times over for things that were of no value to me and have also received some "complimentary" things that were of more value than I could have put a price tag on.

That looks like a description of deeds out of a real estate book, not state statue but that is correct. 1. they are family, 2. there are differences in English law and Community Property laws, that can govern, 3. estate planning can address disbursements of assets to balance equities among the heirs, 4. operating agreements can kick in after automatic deed transfers to accomplish further transfers.
