You don't want to limit yourself and pass up a good deal because you were too focused elsewhere.I would look at counties maybe and not zipcodes but exclude areas you don't want (I know I usually skip over anything from 46218 for example)

After reading over the Fannie guidelines (https://www.fanniemae.com/content/guide/selling/b2...) it appears I was doing that for nothing as the primary residence is excluded from their caps.
