Ryan if you want " armchair investor " you will encounter that more with Triple Net properties and Apartment buildings of a large size where you can scale in management and maintenance.Those kind of investments take considerable cash which is why I asked if you have say only 20k to get started with investing those are not options.If you are looking only for single family houses J Scott also a Moderator on here does those and rehabs his own in ATL.
