In Milwaukee our basements are cinder block that gets pushed in.

If thats the case you should know that Philly is a block by block city with multiple different neighborhoods.

They are in a beautiful old west side neighborhood with gorgeous homes and tree-lined streets, but two blocks from the stadium, so people can walk to the game and not have to mess with the traffic.

We use a fraction of the bandwidth for our building monitoring and make the rest available to the tenants.When we undertake a substantial renovation of a unit, we will wire it with CAT5/6 to its own internal patch block.  

Hi @Tim Fishback I invest on South Broadway and I am three blocks off of Broadway near Yale.

The bidding went to 190k and there were at least 3 similar homes within a few blocks that were superior listed for 150-175k.

So I will only have wi-fi on my properties for the cameras since I can block all other access to the network from any device to the router it won't be hard at all. 

You can easily see significant valuation increases in just a few blocks away.   

How much they are able and willing to pay is huge, and in some areas, it is literally a matter of a few blocks' difference.

Everybody in trying to make a profit but if there is anything driving the decision (e.g. need to raise funds for another opportunity or need to deploy funds from a sale) it might create the opportunity for creative financing in some fashion.Know the neighborhoods - As you can see from reading on BP, in many cities, things can change dramatically literately block-by-block.
